Refunds & Returns
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds. Approved faulty items will be replaced.
Each piece is individually handmade and may include natural variations in dye, finish, or detailing. These are part of the design and do not qualify as faults.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives with a fault (for example: rhinestones detaching or significant dye defects), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a fault, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement of the item.
Important Notes
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Items showing signs of wear, incorrect washing, or damage after use will not be eligible
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
